David D'Onofrio has over 16 years of political, communications and development experience dealing in crisis management, strategic communications and creating winning “campaigns” for his corporate
clientele. His background in public and government relations is varied and ranges from obscure regulatory matters to billion dollar projects.
Earlier in his career, D'Onofrio worked for The Mills Corporation as the Development Director on the Piers 27-31 project and as Mills' Director of Corporate Communications where he was responsible for all media strategies and execution for their existing portfolio, their developing properties and their senior management. Prior to Mills, D'Onofrio served as Vice President of Government and Public Affairs for National Small Business United, the nation's oldest small business advocacy association and as Director of Federal and Regulatory Affairs for the Can Manufacturers Institute.
Kristen Manos Kalina - Senior Consultant
Kristen Kalina has worked in government affairs and public relations the better part of 20 years. As a Government Affairs Counsel for two petroleum industry trade associations, Kristen began her career working for numerous business clients first in Columbus, Ohio and then here in Washington, D.C. Kristen worked with state and federal regulators developing more workable regulations for industry
clients. Kristen also worked with several specialty tobacco manufacturers in their efforts in state capitols where she developed strategy on policy matters, managed local lobbying teams and guided public relations efforts. Her experience in working strategically with controversial matters makes her an asset to the Casey Group team.
Most recently, Kristen has managed campaign efforts and directed political affairs for local candidates in Northern Virginia. Kristen is a founding member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Loudoun Youth, Inc. a non-profit trade association dedicated to serving the needs of Youth in Loudoun County.
Kristen has a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a law degree from Capital University Law School where she was a member of the Law Review.
Stephanie D'Onofrio brings years of event planning experience to The Casey Group with
past clients including The World Bank (sponsored by Nike and Mattel), the Main Street Republican Partnership and Ambassador Eric HoTung. Steph’s past employment includes Rep. Mike Bilirakis (Florida), Arter & Hadden, APCO and the Main Street Republican Partnership.
